When the sacral chakra is in healthy alignment, you will be able to source energy for creativity, movement, procreation, desire, pleasure, and relationships. You will be able to freely express your wants and needs in relationships, and pleasure will be a priority. Creativity and visualization will become easy for you to tap into when your sacral is aligned.  This is located near the pubic area and is related to our thoughts. Excessive thoughts lead to diabetes ? you can control this through regular meditations. start observing your thoughts every hour ? if you are in the past tell yourself to let go let bygones be bygones ? later if you check you are in the future ? tell yourself who knows about the future for sure ? so let it go - both the thoughts waste your energy. Due to this whatever you do is not done fully. If you save this energy you will increase your efficiency.
