People would hear about Jesus and travel to see Him. Like them, we travel to Mass every weekend...some from far away, and some from nearby. Unliked those who didn't fully understand the faith in that time, we are lucky to receive Christ at Mass and take Him home with us, knowing that He will be with us always.

During the Passover, God ordered Moses to have the Israelites slaughter lambs and use the blood to protect them from the Angel of Death. The blood Was shed and the people were saved.
