Spirituality can be a source of debate, especially when traditional values are pitted against what is most often deemed “new age” thought, yet what these seemingly opposite paths have in common is the necessity of having faith in one’s own belief system – whatever that is - around things that cannot be seen. This may be seemingly unimportant, but “belief” is what unites the force of love with the human spirit allowing for an opportunity to live in trust versus fear. And as even traditional medicine has begun to realize, it is the trust, love and belief in all that is good which makes the greatest transformation in the human condition.
