Hey Tribe,

Thank you for being here for another episode of the sacred Resistance podcast. We have had a lot of people reach out to us as of lately and have had lots of feed back on about our previous shows and how they're starting to garden, and that makes us so happy! So way to go!! The more self sustainable we are, the less we have to depend on anyone else, especially the government, so that's a huge win!

In today's episode we had an amazing time chatting with Grahame Griffin from the Griffin gentle men's club and Griffin exploration. Grahame is a fellow Canadian and is offering some pretty incredible things out to men in Canada but also a free, yes I said free gentlemen's club virtually. What he's doing is helping men get back to what it is to be a man, a man of honour and back to more of what a primal man was. This conversation was really so great for both Jamie and myself, we left feeling so grateful for what Grahame and what he is doing in this world and excited for the men that get to experience these different offerings he is offering.

Hello Tribe!!

Thank you for being here for another episode.We were so lucky to have Rebecca Mathews from Corduroy Restaurant on the Podcast today!!

Rebecca is a powerhouse and has been an absolute warrior these last two years. Her and her husband own a busy restaurant in Vancouver and have been fighting the good fight to stay open and to stand up to tyranny not only for them and their business but they have been paving a way for other business as well!

Hey Soul Fam,

This is what has made my heart happy during all this craziness, seeing people that came to a crossroad and had a choice to either succumb to the madness or create something amazing! Hey Fam,

Thank you for being here for another episode. We are so grateful for you all and all of our guest as well! This episode is a bit of mind-blower! We had Tom Palidino on our podcast and Tom has something pretty special to offer the world. Let’ s just say it has to do with Tesla technology and God energy. Hey Tribe,

Thank you for being here for another episode! We had the pleasure of having Dr. Clayton Bostock on in this episode, he is a local Naturopathic Doctor out here in the Kamloops area. In this episode we broke down the medical system, how it’s failing the people and what the benefits of naturopathic medicine is. Dr. Bostock's approach is great as he will meet you where you are at! Some people are hesitant to seek out help from a naturopathic doctor because they are unaware of what that doctor can do for their health and maybe “Leary” if you will because they have heard rumours of what a naturopathic Doctor does. Well, if you know anyone that is worried because a ND might be too “woo woo” or too “hippie” Dr. Bostock is your guy as he will meet a patient at where they are at in with their health and or journey! Not to say he only helps people newer to naturopathic medicine, he helps many individuals wherever they are!  

We talked about the overload of toxins that is around us on the daily and something that we can do to combat those, whether it be from our cleaning products, to our skincare and makeup, to our pots and pan! When we know better we can do better! We also talked a little about head trauma and what he doest to help people heal from head injuries and how the injury can affect our hormones! 

Dr. Bostock offers in office visits but also has an online community where you can meet with him and is able to go a little more in-depth as well! I will make sure to link where you can find him below!

Hey Tribe,

Thank you for being here for another fantastic episode with a beautiful soul!! In this episode we had our new friend Khalil Addison-Bey on. Khalil is a truly amazing soul spreading some great awareness about what our bodies need to heal and detox! He is a health coach and certified detox specialist. He himself has done tremendous healing and overcame massive roadblocks that life threw at him from birth. He was told he wouldn't be able to function optimally and proved the doctors wrong. He took the life he was given and transformed himself into this amazing human and refused to play the victim roll! 

In this episode we were all over the place, we talked about healing and detoxing, EMF protection, red light therapy, breath-work, being a new Dad, how to break free from the system and how to live optimally!

In this episode we were so lucky to get to talk to Amy Lenius from the evolution of Mom podcast. Amy is truly a vibrant and beautiful woman from the inside out. Unfortunatly for her she has been through her share of ups and down with her own health but the world is now lucky to have her as a voice and Amy is using her story to help and empower and educate other woman to take control of their own health.  

Amy is a multi passionate entrepreneur who loves to talk on all things women's health! Through her own journey of hormonal imbalances, chronic illness, love for anatomy and finally beginning to heal and thrive she found a love of sharing her story and helping other women do the same. Through podcasting, public speaking, her wellness business and now her Peaceful Period project she helps women break away from what is "common and normal" to empowered and thriving

We talked a lot about woman's health and what that looks like now a days, what the contraceptive pill has done to so many woman, about the toxic beauty and home cleaning industry and about (a common topic on this podcast) the dangerous cycle of big pHarma.

Hey Fam,

Grab your tea or your coffee or drink of your choice and pull up a chair, and get cozy. This conversation we had with our returning guest, Johnathan from Capital North and his lovely wife Marty was just like hanging out with some old friends.
