Today I wanted to speak to everyone that has encountered self doubt while trying to be your best self. No matter what task you are completing or project you need to complete, stop doubting yourself and be strengthened in God.

We are finishing goals and completing task this year. However, some of us need to form better habits. Today we are talking consistently. This is a tool that we can use to get us to where we want to be.

Past and current traumas can sometimes delay us in moving forward in our lives. It can hinder our purpose momentarily. I talk about four factors that affect your ability to finish something. Go back and pick up the things that you have always wanted to do in life.
