In this episode, I talk about my experience moving to a new country and what it has been like for me transitioning from 2021 to 2022. I also highlight on my experience talking to a counsellor recently and why it's alright to always reach out to a third party that can give you a new insight to whatever situation you're going through.

Weight stigma is a crippling feeling that people struggling with their weight deal with on a daily basis.
