How come these shows send everyone to AA and rehab but we hardly see them drunk or really high? Is it really possible that Big Time Hollywood writers and Producers have no idea that Smart Recovery, Secular Organizations for Sobriety or LifeRIng Exist? God, I hope not.

What if their child gets in trouble with Booze, pot, pills or even herion. Will they really send their teen away? What's gone wrong with our world. Back in the DAY ...., the awesome 70's No ONE WENT TO REHAB GUYS. AND THEY STOPPED USING AND DRINKING....opps I was yelling there. Sorry. Who was Bill W and what did he know about a teenager who is drinking too much. Nothing! Parents, young people who are over doing in the drink and drug department need to listen to this show. 

Would you listen to a Doctor who was reading a manual from 1936?

I doubt it, yet this is what AA, NA and 95% of all treatment and rehabs preach.

After a few year in AA Jim became dissatified and created his own program and support groups that are over 600 meetings and  worldwide.

I will finish up from last week my discussion on how viable AA's 12 Traditions are today compared to when they were written in 1945. Has the world changed since then? Has AA changed since then?

"No opinion on Outside issues" have you heard this phrase and thought.."that sounds like an excuse". That it is being taken out of context.  I know  women who were grabbed inside a meeting?

Its okay for Bill Wilson to be in the press, have movies made about himself to promote AA after he is dead, and he even went to Washington to testify in front of the senate to promote AA.  But in the traditions it's ask it's member's to make the group more important then the individual. Sounds like Communism to me. What do you think?

What exactly are the 12 traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. Are they rules? Are they Laws that over ride the Laws of our constitution? 

Are they cult phrases that are being misinterpreted? Did Bill Wilson write them when he was taking alot of LSD to cure his alcoholism and his depression? 

What are the 12 Concepts? 

Are Board members and trustees responsible for protecting the society's members? Is this made accountable by a Law in our Constitution. 

Is the Constution of The United States over -riden by AA's 12 Tradition's. Join myself and other bloggers for an indepth debate and discussion and a serious misunderstood matter or "Principals Over Personalites". 

How far does the rights of anonymity have over hiding and covering up criminal sexual and financial behavior in AA meetings and it's culture.
