Jim was "triggered" this week from what he heard on the Rated R Safety Show with Jay Allen (on Safety FM). Jay spoke about people going to HR when they don't like people. Jim is no stranger to that situation, it goes beyond that usually with safety people where they outright lie about you. What do you do about it? Jim has some stories (as usual) and some suggestions.
