  • Kuchine waMwari here? | Where were you? - a music podcast

A music podcast featuring a collaborative project between Alana Levandoski and Ignatius Mabasa, originally released on a three song CD we put out in 2011.

Alana's song, "Where were you?" picks up on the text of Job 38-41, in which Job hears the voice of God coming to him from "out of the whirlwind," to which Ignatius has added poetry which speaks of the longing for fulfillment.

If you're interested in hearing the other two songs from the project, they're available to you in podcast form by clicking here. If you'd like to see our whole catalogue of music podcasts, that link is available on the podcast post for this song.

  • Job cries out: a sermon

A sermon by Jamie Howison from Sunday October 10, 2021, on Job 23:1-9, 16-17.  The lectionary has us in the midst of a four week tour through the book of Job, which barely scratches the surface of that complex text. In this sermon on one of Job's laments, we try to unpack more of what is going on in the book.
