The Cardinals had an off day and we have no idea what to do with ourselves. Sox with a big win last night and the Cards are going to have a hard time keeping up with the Cubs. Good news - hockey hot takes are on the way. What’s the President doing? Is it so hard to be a uniting figure? Gaines is here and we’re talking rivalries. It was hard to hate the Cubs and Blackhawks as kids because they were so bad, but everyone still hates the Red Wings.

The Alderwoman Cara Spencer joined the show today. She gave her side of the lawsuit against the City of St. Louis, the Blues, and Kiel Partners. Gaines goes on a mini rant against Pi Pizza. Guys Airdropping d pics on the Subway train. Jeff's been on an NYC Subway so he is cool. The people's Fair or Foul closes out the show.

The second hour kicks off with some HBO leaker talk about some Curb episodes. Solar Eclipse talk, Chris seems skeptical Gaines is all in, and Jeff is terrified. Fair or Foul is released and a topic breaks out about wearing jerseys. The morning melee is released. Friday Night Live is happening this Friday. Gaines is the best at every sport. Rally Cat themed day at the ballpark. A new sponsor, Half Baked is aboard.  

Fair or Foul is given to the people. Parkway North @ Parkway Central is our first game for Friday Night Live. Pat Imig joins us to discuss the excitement of Friday Night Live. Marshawn Lynch and Michael Bennett both sat during the National Anthems this past weekend. A lawsuit has been filed about the Scottrade Center renovations. The people's Fair or Foul closes out the show as it does every day.

Gaines calls a High School football play. Travis gives some dating advice to all the fellas out there. Someone posted from the We Are Live account on Facebook. The morning melee is released about hated Rivals. Tragic events in Charlottesville take us through the majority of the rest of the hour. 

The hour kicks off recapping the weekend that was. The Cards win streak comes to end, they were in first place for 18 hours. The Rally Cat was found and local politicians are using it against the Missouri Governor. Events in Charlottesville and Michael Brown's anniversary sparked protestors outside of Busch Stadium on Saturday night. Did you know Chris and Travis went to LA that one time? Chris and Hal Sparks whacky weekend together. Soup sucks. 

It’s a long weekend of headaches, soup, and smoking ribs. The Cards win and then they lose. Why bother with Brett Cecil when you still have Tyler Lyons in the house? Khris Davis deals with yips while he throws but he’s a DH so it may not matter much. John Peterson of the Tulsa Oilers calls in to talk about the new affiliation. Tulsa was the first hockey team south of the Mason-Dixon. Their arena is super nice. Maybe nicer than Scottrade. Would you rather watch college football or a Traverse City rookie game? There are many cool things coming up on the calendar. Football coming with Friday Night Live!

I'm not really sure what happened in the first 15 minutes of the hour. Cardinals, Uber, Hockey Bob it was kind of confusing. The Cardinals are soaring straight to the top of the NL Central. Lance Lynn was hit in the head. We get into some Cardinals future talks. Mike Trout, Bryce Harper, and Manny Machado talk closes out the hour.

Cards win! Cards win! Dexter Fowler grand slam brings home a sweep for Lance Lynn, who took a solid whack off the head. Tyler Lyons just got his first decision of the season and he’s been around all year. Did you know the Blues had a cat mascot too? Kool Kat. That was almost a real thing. Hockey talk in August. Who’s excited for the Tulsa Oilers? The Blues are going to have an awkward spot with their minor league affiliates this year. What if the Blues had drafted Jonathan Toews? Gaines is gonna smoke some meat this weekend. He’s all about dry rub. Movie taste is bad but the Beverly Hillibillies movie is good. Gaines gambles on preseason football. Really.

Friday Night Live! An awesome announcement from the WAL crew that we will be covering local High School football games this Fall. Josh Barbo who will be on the call with Pat Imig calls in and lets us know his excitement for this endeavor. Millenials killed Applebee's. Carlie judges Applebee's but likes QT hot dogs. Travis is done with the cats, and we are done with him. Fair or Foul closes out the show and the week.
