Chris, Travis and Gardner begin the second hour wondering if a MLS club or NBA team would work better in St. Louis. Is CauctoberFest #FairOrFoul? Chris is quite enjoying the crisp fall weather. Travis feels like eating a good bowl of chili today while listening to several hip-hop albums that dropped recently. Not surprisingly, Trav once again struggles to read the “Sentence of the Week.”

Chris and Gardner are broadcasting live from Southtown Pub with Travis running late due to the “bridge hawk.” The guys learn a group of hawks is called a cast. Gardner is looking forward to #TheCardinalWay v. #ThatsLiberalArts at Wrigley Field this weekend. Travis believes the Cards season is over and blames a certain Redbirds executive for their shortcomings. The crew recaps the testimony from the #KavanaughHearings yesterday. Everyone is impressed with how Dr. Christine Blasey Ford appeared during questioning while Judge Brett Kavanuagh seemed a bit unhinged. Benjamin Hochman, “St. Louis Post-Dispatch” sports columnist, joins the show to discuss Cardinals baseball and Mizzou football.

Chris, Travis, Gardner are in-studio with Truckie B out on assignment. The Cardinals playoff chances are in major jeopardy after stumbling to a 2-1 loss to the Brewers and getting swept in the process. Despite the defeat, Gardner plays a “Call of the Game” featuring Cards rookie Adolis Garcia falling down while rounding third base. Travis declares the Redbirds season is O-V-E-R! TT then blames the Cardinals late season swoon on the firing of former manager Mike Matheny. The guys detail the “on-again” rumors of a MLS expansion franchise being placed in St. Louis. Travis calls for sports executive Magic Johnson to run the soccer club should it come to fruition.

Are Renaissance festivals #FairOrFoul? Gardner reveals he will be attending a crystal fest this coming weekend. Travis is disappointed St. Louis ranks so high on many STD lists. The crew enjoys a good chuckle by way of President Donald Trump being laughed at by a U.N. audience.

The curious firing of an eighth grade teacher in Florida, Billikens men’s basketball player Luis Santos withdrawing from SLU and Will Smith’s bungee jump on his 50th birthday are all on the table. Chris, Travis, Gardner and Truckie B begin the final hour pining for Trav to partake in the “coffin challenge” at Six Flags St. Louis. Chris asks everyone to detail their first “taxable job.” TT straight up tells the Cardinals to hold a “Sterling K. Brown Night” at Busch Stadium and then seamlessly transitions to discussing the sentencing hearing of comedian Bill Cosby. The crew dives into a conversation regarding celebrity hero worship. Travis reveals “Making a Murderer” Season 2 will be released on Netflix in October. The JVL Jackal wins #FairOrFoul.

Trav feels the Cards got in their own way and had ample opportunity to win the game.
