Wendi Muse is a PhD candidate at NYU in history, specifically studying Black and Brown leftist movements. Through her Left POCket Project she aims to educate others on these topics through a reading list and podcast.

He has written op-ed pieces for almost every large daily U.S. newspaper and appears often on a wide range of radio and TV outlets.

Michael Salamone chats with Jen Winston, (aka @jenerous on Twitter & Instagram) a writer, creator, and bisexual social media influencer living in Brooklyn. She runs a feminist social platform with over 190,000 followers, which she started after the 2016 US election to share memes that helped her stay mad. The platform has since become a space dedicated to unlearning, where Jen documents her experiences around sexuality, systemic oppression, and self.

Jen's first book, GREEDY: Notes from a Bisexual Who Wants Too Much, comes out this fall. GREEDY is a memoir that follows Jen’s attempts to make sense of herself as she explores the role of the male gaze, what it means to be “queer enough,” and how to overcome bi stereotypes when you’re the poster-child for all of them: greedy, slutty, and constantly confused. GREEDY shows us that being bi is about so much more than who you’re sleeping with—it’s about finding stability in a state of flux and defining yourself on your own terms. Qualified immunity is a ruling by the Supreme Court that requires lower court judges to ignore whether any laws were broken and dismiss the case, UNLESS another police officer had been found guilty previously in a similar situation, making it near impossible for any officer breaking the law to be found guilty the first time around to open the door to accountability.

The Campaign to End Qualified Immunity is seeking Federal legislation to overturn the Supreme Court's ruling. Through their website, campaigntoendqualifiedimmunity.org you can sign up to be active in lobbying for changing this antiquated ruling with origins in protecting the KKK post-Civil-War.
