As we continue this three week series, Peter emphasizes holy living though the world around us chases after perishable and temporal gains. We are called to look different, to act different, and be set apart from the world around us. As Peter writes, "do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance. But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.”
