It is only when you start digging into the overall sales process that you can see how you can influence things and fix problems.
In this episode, he will explain to you why this is so important and how, by looking at the whole picture, you can gain a better understanding of your sale KPIs to help solve issues in the team.
As David says - “We know this well in sales that there are a bunch of levers that you can move, looking at the pipeline you build, the close rate, deal size, the margin etc.
When you look at all of those put together, they have a multiplier effect and will determine your outcome.”
