One of the biggest hurdles to starting, running, and scaling up a physical products business is the cash flow management side of things.  Depending where you sell the most, you may end up having to invest thousands of dollars into inventory on Amazon, and have it sit there for a few months.  Of course, this money will be doubled or tripled, but it's still a challenge for most people who are accustomed to living paycheck to paycheck.
