If you allow your attention to go anywhere, it will. If you want your attention to go somewhere, you have to aim it.
Sometimes the core reasons you are doing something isn't enough to keep you going.
When this happens rather than give up, dig somewhere else. Find another source of motivation.
Sometimes it's not about digging deeper, it's about digging in another spot.
