We apologize. We catch up. We make some promises. We ramble a bit but we also cracksome jokes. Tee and Nickey J have been on a year long hiatus from Salon Chair Chronicles, but a lot has happened. Lets catch up and move foward. For sure lets not get canceled on the first day back.
This How To edition on Currency features Greg Belger of Belger Financial. After the hard to hear stuff, Greg is really an all around nice guy that drops specific details and instructions on Basic Investing, Thinking Rich and his formula for legacy planning. If you don't understand the 72/24 rule and how $1000.00 twice a year can save your whole life.....you will be poor and working until the day you die. Ouch right!
There's more .....Do you know your Status? like really? Can you leverage your current credit to buy anything you want? Celisia Harris of @STATUSCREDITADVISIORS, first of all looks like money. But has also curated a business debunking the notation that credit repair is a scam. Credit Repair is strategy and diligence she says. It is also knowing the rules. Who knew Bankruptcy on your Credit Report is really just some sneak dissing. Or that one of these lousy credit bureaus is just a wanna be reporter, really. Tune in Tee and Nickey J needed this. For sure you might too. Friends don't let friends not know.
Listen to this one 2 times and take notes. Build WEALTH yall
We had questions. That is basically how you have to sum up this episode on Body Enhancements. Listen in on this Pre 3.1.4. Day celebration. If you are not from St. Louis, 3.1.4. is the area code in St. Louis and now thanks to 2 Djs from St. Louis (Young Dip and Tatum Somebody) we get a reason to wear paraphernalia, eat STL original foods, and day drink. A whole Proclamation wa given from the Mayor's office this year. Thats DOPE!
St. Louis is full of huSTLers and move makers. People that make it happen no matter what challenges they face. These 2 STL natives sit down and give alllllll FACTS!! Meet Pie and Chi 2 sisters (reallife) that are picture perfect. This episode gives all you want to know about BBLs, tummy tucks, Lipo and fixing Shit. Literally.
Murphy Lee The School Boy from the HipHop group St. Lunatics, has always been the top pick out of most girlfriend circles (lets argue). The man has bars and is hella (STL word) charming. It was an honor for SCC Podcast to be invited to the press junket for Murph Derry's debut independent (he paid all the invoices) album 2nd Chance Around. Of course Tee and Nickey J take the interview to a salon vibe and get Mr. Murph Derrty's likes and dislikes. There is plenty of name dropping huurr too. Shout out to University City, MO and the 3.1.4.
BONUS in honor of 2nd Chance Around and Nickey J's BDAY we run it back with 10 Things Nickey J Hates that People Love. Hello Atlanta.
After you listen to this episode go download Murph Derrty's 2nd Chance Around. Please and Thanks.
Cheers to consistency but we are going on Fall Break. This last episode of Season @ of Salon Chair Chronicles really tell you of how it all got started. Shout out to JP CEO and UNHEARDTV on Roku. We call this mogul J. Diddy because she makes stuff happen and facts puts the people on. SCC would not be possible without UNHEARDTV family. We talk junkyard jewels, the songs people skip and why you should stop telling lies to your therapist. Season 3 will be back in November.
This is a whole lotta information in this Podcast. Listen closely directly from the mouth of 10 year old Kori JayLee. Her thoughts on returning to school post Pandemic. Kori also tells Tee and Nicky J who is body shaming Lizo!
Tee recaps a weekend of #blackexcellence in her home town of St. Louis, MO. All the celebrations and congratulations to #WhisperWhip and #UNHEARDTV Channel on ROKU! The city was about launches, taking off and leveling up! Who said you cant make money in St. Louis!
Los Angeles native and Keren packed it up in the middle of the Pandemic and moved all the way to Ghana South Africa! She said "they tricking ladies". All the nuggets Keren dropped are a real treat if you ever considered chucking the deuces to the US.
In the Studio with Tee and Nikey J are the oddly unique married for 17 years Meka and J! They are more of what the world needs. They are what happens with LOVE wins. In everyday life, together they are building a thriving community by creating jobs and keeping families safe. They are fresh of a months vacation from Ghana, South Africa with plans to one day pack up the family and move to Ghana. The means Meka will like Tabitha Brown have to retire her police officer husband..... NO grey areas in this marriage. Just Black and White.
Polyamory anyone? Meet Polygamist @inickkgarnett and BIG T. There is so much to learn: polycule, FOMO, kitchen table, veto power, munches, and the ethical slut. Listen and learn....we just tryin to help somebody BUT understand YOUR HOST TEE aint with it and Nickey J just came from Brunch. Again insert eyes emoji here.
Here we go with part 2. On a previous episode, Tee gave us her TOP 10 things that you probably love......that she hates. On this episode Nickey J gives us her top 10. Spoiler Alert: Don't invite Nickey J to dinner. There might also be a couple comments and salutes to the illustrious Mrs. Tabitha Brown and news worthy commentary on Dress Codes for brunch and dinner. AND for the first time ever we "ask a Therapist"
