  • I Am: Part 17

What does it mean that Jesus declared "I Am the Alpha and the Omega" in Revelation 1:8? It is more than a familiar phrase. It is a proclamation that shatters our physical way of thinking and invites us into something eternal.

This week's message challenged us to stop asking "when" and start asking "where." The beginning and the end are not points on a timeline. They are found within, in the eternal Word that existed before creation, as declared in John 1:1-5. When we stop filtering God through a carnal mindset and start walking by faith, our spiritual eyes open to what God has already prepared for us, as promised in 1 Corinthians 2:9.

He is not confined to your circumstances or your timeline. He is bigger than the situation in front of you, and His Word accomplishes infinitely more than you can ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

Your spiritual account is worth investing in.

  • I Am: Part 16

What is Jesus to you -- a Savior, yes, but is He your Lord? In part 16 of our I Am series, we explored one of the most sobering truths in Scripture: Jesus is either your cornerstone or the rock of offense. The same stone that builds your life can also be the one that crushes it. The choice is determined by your response to His Word.

From Matthew 21, Matthew 7, and 1 Peter 2, God made it clear -- those who hear His teaching and follow it build on solid ground. Those who reject it stumble. It is not two different identities. It is one Jesus producing two opposite outcomes based on what we do with Him.

If you have been living life on your own terms, greedy with the very life God gave you, today is the day to lay it down. He does not promise the rain will not come -- but He does promise the outcome for those who build on Him.

  • I Am: Part 15

Are you a leafy Christian or a fruit-bearing disciple? This powerful message from John 15:1-12 challenges us to examine what we're truly producing in our walk with God. Jesus declares "I am the true vine" and calls us to remain connected to Him through His Word.

Here's the truth: we face two choices—be cut off or be pruned. Both involve removal, but only pruning is purposeful and leads to abundant fruit. The difference? Staying rooted in God's Word. Without it, we become foliage Christians with all appearance but no substance. God isn't looking for leaves; He's looking for fruit that glorifies His kingdom.

The missing ingredient in our lives is often simple: we're not remaining in His Word daily. When we hide Scripture in our hearts and obey His commandments out of love, we become true disciples marked by fruitfulness, obedience, and joy that overflows—even in difficult seasons.

What will you choose today? Let God's Word prune you so you can produce much fruit for His glory.

  • I Am: Part 14

What if the very thing you're holding onto is the thing you're destined to lose? And what if surrendering it is the only way to truly gain life?

This Sunday, we explored one of Jesus' most powerful declarations: "I am the resurrection and the life" (John 11:25). Through the story of Lazarus, we discovered that resurrection can't happen without death—not physical death, but death to ourselves. Martha confessed with her mouth but struggled with her actions. Mary fell at Jesus' feet in complete surrender. The difference? One honored God despite unanswered prayers; the other let hurt cloud her faith.

Jesus didn't weep for Lazarus—He wept for people who accepted what they saw as reality instead of believing His proclamation. The stone rolled away when faith moved. The grave clothes fell off when Jesus commanded freedom. What stone is standing between you and your resurrection to newness of life?

If you only believe, you'll see God's glory. Die to self. Surrender completely. That's where true life begins.

  • I Am: Part 13

Have you ever wondered if you truly know THE WAY to the Father? This Sunday, we dove deep into John 14:1-9, where Jesus makes one of His most powerful declarations: "I am the way, the truth, and the life."

Here's the game-changer: Jesus isn't giving us three separate things—He's showing us the complete path to God. The way requires faithfulness. The truth demands we hear what we need, not just what we want. And the life? It only comes through His Word dwelling in us. Like David, we must hide God's Word in our hearts so we don't sin against Him.

Are you reading your Bible? Are you multiplying what He's entrusted to you, or hiding it in the ground? When Jesus returns from His long trip, will you hear "Well done, my good and FAITHFUL servant"? The only way to true freedom is remaining faithful to His teachings. No shortcuts. No substitutes. Only Jesus.

  • I Am: Part 12

Have you ever wondered why some people can't see God's truth even when it's right in front of them? In our latest message from the "I Am" series, we explored Jesus' powerful declaration: "I am the light of the world."

Just like the man born blind in John 9, we all start in spiritual darkness. But here's the beautiful truth—when we follow Jesus and obey His simple commands, our vision becomes clearer and clearer. The blind man went from not knowing Jesus, to calling Him a prophet, to finally worshiping Him as Lord. That's the journey light takes us on when we stay close to the Source.

The question is: are you walking toward the light or away from it? Jesus said if we follow Him, we won't walk in darkness—we'll have the light that leads to life. Don't let a hardened heart keep you from seeing what God wants to reveal. Come experience the light for yourself!

  • I Am: Part 11

Are you looking for a word from God, but failing to get IN His Word?

This Sunday's message challenged us with a powerful truth: Jesus is the Bread of Life. Just as the Israelites received manna in the wilderness, God provides what we NEED, not just what we want. The crowd followed Jesus because He fed them physically, but when He offered the true bread—His Word that sustains eternally—many walked away offended.

Here's the question Jesus asks each of us: Will you consume the whole Word, even the hard parts? Or will you leave when it challenges you? In John 6, Jesus declared that unless we eat His flesh and drink His blood—unless we consume His Word daily—we have no eternal life within us. Peter's response says it all: "Lord, where else would we go? You have the words that give eternal life."

The daily consumption of God's Word is what sustains us through this wilderness we call life. Will you feast on the Bread of Life today?

  • I Am: Part 10

Who is the "I AM" to you? This week we discovered one of the most comforting names of God: Yahweh Rohi - The Lord is My Shepherd.

Just as God promised in Ezekiel 34, He doesn't just judge - He searches, rescues, and gathers His scattered sheep. He feeds us what we NEED, not just what we want. He bandages our wounds, gives us peace, and leads us to safe pastures. Like David declared in Psalm 23, when the Lord is our shepherd, we have all that we need.

Jesus proclaimed in John 10:11, "I am the good shepherd" - the one who sacrifices His life for the sheep. Do you know His voice? Are you letting Him shepherd every area of your life? He's painting a perfect picture of who He wants to be for you - will you surrender and follow?

Join us as we continue discovering the "I AM" and allow Him to meet you right where you are.

  • I Am: Part 9

Every day, we're setting an example—whether we realize it or not. This Sunday's message on "Yahweh Tsidkenu" (The Lord Our Righteousness) challenged us with a powerful truth: we are royal priests, called to lead others to God's heart through how we live.

But here's the sobering reality—our actions either draw people closer to Christ or scatter them away. For 800 years, Israel ignored God's warnings until judgment finally came. Yet even in judgment, God's righteousness brings restoration. He gathers the remnant and appoints faithful shepherds to care for His flock.

The question we must ask ourselves: What are we doing that misrepresents God? Are our works proving our faith, or are we causing others to stumble? James 2 reminds us that faith without works is dead. We wear His name daily—let's represent Him well.

God's mercy exceeds where we fail, but His righteousness demands we take seriously the souls He's entrusted to us. Today is the day to turn our hearts back to Him.

  • I Am: Part 7

Victory isn't won by our strength alone—it's found in complete obedience to God. In our latest message on Yahweh Nissi (The Lord is My Banner), we discovered that partial obedience is still disobedience.

Just like Moses held up the staff while Joshua fought the Amalekites, our battles require both physical participation and spiritual surrender. We can't fight alone, and we can't win without keeping our eyes fixed on God's standard. The question isn't whether we can overcome, but whether we'll allow God to overcome us.

King Saul learned this the hard way—he did 99% of what God commanded but kept the best for himself. One compromise led to complete rebellion. Are there areas in your life where you're walking in delayed or partial obedience? God doesn't want our excuses or our sacrifices—He wants our full surrender.

It's time to choose: Will you make God your banner, or will you raise your own standard?
