I heard a conversation about how it's too many people with a mic nowadays. And I agree. But with that being said my only rebuttal would be that " My Mic Matters!" See when I thought of my podcast I wanted to be the one to help people who battled with overthinking and allowing the hardships of life to hold them back from their purpose. There wasn't enough talk about that cause that wasn't the pretty life. See I know from experience what it takes to get out of your head and persevere through the ups and downs of life. So who's voice is better to do it than Sam Goodie? It is my gift from God and he's confirmed this. C'mon now. I'm not knocking anyone else doing this because we all need each other. But my podcast isn't about no clickbait. We are here digging deep inside, doing the shadow work so we can come out on the other side to live life in peace and help guide and encourage others along the way. And that's how you find the Good In Every Bad. You never have to do life alone when you are within the community of the Goodie Gang. But you must have a real relationship with the most high God to receive what I am talking about in my podcast. I know we believe in doing things on our own. But that yields a quick burnout. The answer is finding or building a community that supports or offers an outlet for you to flourish into who you are placed in this world to become. There's nothing like community. I'm so glad I started to build my community with the Goodie Gang. It has made all the difference. The feedback has been amazing and the exchange of ideas allows me to diversify my mission in Finding The Good In Every Bad. I'm a be real transparent tonight. Goodie is mofo tied lol. And rightfully so. I wear a lot of hats and I give my all in everything I do.  So give ya boy some grace cause mane the journey is real.  I know we always want to show up at our best but sometimes it's best to get some rest and that's what I'm doing tonight. Goodie Gang,

Just in 10 days of my 90 day challenge I'm already starting to see results. Like seriously gang I was thinking I needed to do so much more when all it's taken is me being committed to doing what I said I was going to do and following through. I'm killing it in the gym and I'm killing it with the podcast. By no means is this perfect but feedback and the data I'm receiving is showing that consistency is all that I've been missing. I would behove you all that if it's something you want to accomplish then stop making excuses and start putting the work in. You are closer than you think.
