Sam Leftwich chats to RNIB Connect Radio's Barry Snell about how charities, such as RNIB, have helped to keep busy and regain her confidence, since losing her sight in 2014. 

Sam also chats about coping with lockdown, walking her dog Lizzie,  and her love of singing with fellow members of the Waterside Choirs in Essex.
