Sam Miller is a the best selling author of Metabolism Made Simple and he's also my mentor. I, as well as my coaches and hundreds of other coaches have taken his course The Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Specialization.

He’s also the podcast host of Sam Miller Science which I listen to regularly. Sam has more than 15 years of experience working with hundreds of coaches, overseeing thousands of clients in their health and fitness journey. He is a certified nutritionist and licensed, board certified, health practitioner who holds a masters degree from North Carolina State University and a bachelor of science from Elon University.

I ran a poll in my facebook group with about 3k women and the top 3 concerns in menopause is belly fat and weight gain, that was number one, no surprise there, but also hot flashes, night sweats and sleep disruption.
