Notably, from 2015 to 2020, Jim played a pivotal role in developing innovative food waste recycling methods, processing over 100,000 pounds per hour.

But that's not all; Jim's commitment to community extends to his role as Chairman of the Board for the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce, where he actively contributes to the growth and well-being of his local community.
