Sam's latest "Favorite Segment of the Week" highlights a conversation with author Jim Bruton, who brought along the subject of his latest book, Duke Pieper, a young man who survived a brain lesion after being told he had a five percent chance to live. Duke tells us about the time that the doctors tried to take him off of life support, but he was conscious enough to ask them to give him just 2 more days. Those two days ended up being all that he needed to recover enough to survive being taken off of life support.
