Sam's Variety Show

In this bonus episode, we discuss how to prepare for starting at a new school, getting for the new school year and also going back to school after the school holidays.
There's a lot of challenges about school, but hopefully this helps you feel prepared for school.
Doing activities can help your well-being and also help connect with friends, like joining a club, being part of a sports team or being part of a band.
Another good idea is having goals (academic or personal) so you feel prepared for the year.

Remember:
There is a lot of anxiety about school, especially as a senior student, but talking about your anxiety can help you feel better by talking your family, friends you trust or some people even seek professional help, just depends on what you're more comfortable with and who you're comfortable talking to.

Hopefully this helps you feel more prepared for school!
Thanks! Enjoy!
