Samuel Little is the most prolific serial killer in U.S. history with 93 confessed killings and 60 of them having been confirmed by the FBI. He targeted mostly sex workers and avoided capture for decades. We’ll discuss his life, victims, capture and how the FBI used portraits he made to help identify his victims.
