This is a special episode where Sleepy Melbourne and Just Charles aka agent 009 sit down to talk about the Anime and light novels Jobless Reincarnation what's different and how we've enjoyed the series so far plus we get into the Light Novel volumes and follow the story as it comes out. We will be doing the second part of the Light novel reviews with an in-depth look into volume 10 which is the newest volume.

Sports: The Second half of the NBA season is underway and Blake Griffin is now a Brooklyn Net, that is eh lol. Seriously though AD will be out a few more weeks missing the next 10-20 games for the Lakers, but that's ok we just want AD 100% so we will wait. Drew Brees retires from the New Orleans Saints and gets a special farewell message from the Atlanta Falcons in the form of a video montage. Lastly for sports shout out to Big Ten winners Illinois!!!!! 

Anime: Log Horizon..........where to start lets just say that it has hit the more slice of life portion of the anime and Tony is going through it lmao. However there are some pretty interesting developments in Log Horizon to the introduction of Genius who are manipulating the Elder Tales system to the Ancients popping up in the form of the Izumo twins who are now partied with the younger members of the guild. Will Shiroe offer them a contract to become adventures like he did for Rudy? We divert from there and move onto RE: Zero which has been consistently a banger all season but lets talk about these last two episodes Emilia is weird who avoids their own reflection lol but we lover all the same and she bosses up these last few episodes and dominates the trials with a little crying here and there but hey that's alright. Then we have Subaru and Garfiel at the mansion to take on Elsa and Meili this battle has been a long time coming and it did not disappoint you gotta watch it but damn that Hippo.  Last we get into JJK and what has been going on in the manga so spoilers..............we get into the fallout of Gojo being sealed away as well as a massive amount of curse spirits have been released into the world. Yuji is traveling with Choso while lamenting the actions of Sukuna he also has the suspension on his execution lifted which leads him to an encounter with Yuta another one of Gojo's apprentices. We have no idea where Megumi is and  Nobara Kugisaki is either in critical condition or dead so there's a lot going on.

Music: Weezer - OK Human this was a solid album that both Charles and Tony enjoyed giving it a 4 and 3.5 respectively. Charles gets into the more technical side of the album while Tony uses the album as a reference point in how to consume current rock and what he considers the base line so while he gave the album a 3.5 that was more out of creating a bench mark of what he considers a solid project while leaving himself room to explore as rock albums will be more frequent going forward. The album we are reviewing next will be Neighborhood Hov by Neek Bucks

This episode is slightly reserved as the gang is tired from a weekend full of activities, Fist we start by recapping Jazz's Birthday weekend before sliding into a nice rhythm talking about JJK and it pulling a My Hero with its latest episode which Sleepy Melbourne hated of course while Agent 009 seemed to enjoy the break from all the action a decompression episode as he calls them.  The talk swings to Dan Machi before long and how the sword princess is a little weird but hey I'm just saying the whole nap on the wall thing but never mind that. There's My Hero to talk about the Vilnians who are trying to secure a new pet which seems to be giving them a bit of trouble.

We Boogie Woogie into Anime first this week there were amazing episodes these last few weeks so we take time to talk about all we've missed. From the battles between Curses and Sorcerers to Krusty having a play presented to Shiroe and we can't forget the Warlock of Melancholy putting in that work at Sanctuary! We manage to tear ourselves away from anime and dive right into the current NBA season, the All star break, team construction, and possible trade/buyout targets. And then there was the album review........If it Bleeds it can be Killed by Conway the Machine I wont spoil it for you but I will say this is not a line by line review lol def takes an interesting turn to talking about burn out.

This week the LateNight Crew talks about the latest episodes of Jujutsu Kaisen 17-19, We get to see Megumi and Maki Bang out with Hanami who is putting hands or should say the plants to the everyone before Yuji and Todo step in. Charles then shifts gears to Dan Machi and the first four episodes which get the group familiar with Bell and Goddess Hestia. a few detours are taken before Charles gets the group back on track to talk about the MyHeroAcademia chapters taking us out of the Class 1-A V.S Class 1-B arc and smoothly into the MyVillainAcademia arc Sleepy Melbourne's favorite arc.

The crew gets together to talk about the last last few weeks. Tony starts with JJK and wanting to see Yuji's fight pick up the pace while Charles is enjoying the side fight with Mokujin vs Panda  JJK x Tekken style. Jaz tells the guys she binged watched Demon Slayer so we discuss the second half of the season, being excited to see the Demon Slayer movie coming this year, and how Nezuko is the best. The group debates the merits of pacing and character progression when Tony compares the pace of Demon Slayer and My Hero, then talks turn to the group expressing their excitement for the coming My hero season. Then finally they decide on the next show for anime book club which will be Dan Machi aka Is it Wrong to Pick up Girls in a Dungeon.

The guys sit down to talk the Super Bowl and how the Chiefs should win this given Brady's last performance. Also which teams in the NBA look good and who they think needs some work, Sleepy is clearly bias with his Lakers takes, and the guys debate which players should get the All Star nod. Sliding right into anime the guys debate the merit of Goblin Slayer and its upcoming season this year then quickly celebrate the coming of Dan Machi Season IV 2022. Not a lot of news before diving into the weekly episode and chapter reviews: Log Horizon, JJK, Dr. Stone, Re: Zero, and Jobless Reincarnation. Finally Music reviews have returned maybe a little to soon as the Music industry still isn't fully back in the swing of things buuuut. the gang reviews The Griselda X BSF album Conflicted and they were very surprised....

This week we talked about My Hero Acedemia Manga Class 1-A vs Class 1-B  then talked Jujitsu Kaisin episode 13-15 and Fire force episode 18 to the end of season 2

Demon Slayer will be the next anime we watch an breakdown as a family for our Anime Book Club

Why is the most host so difficult?! This week the guys sit down to talk NFL division predictions who will come out of the NFC  and the AFC will it be Brady and the Bucs or will Aaron Rogers and the frozen tundra put a stop to that? On the other side we have the Bills Mafia looking to steal one with Patty possibly out due to a concussion. Then they slide right over to anime, to talk about The Anime Awards and much more like the Attack on Titian drama. Last the guys touch on how the music industry is still shutdown and the YNF Lucci situation.

The guys sit down to discuss the megadeal that just happened between the Nets, the Rockets, the Cavs, and the Pacers!! We see Brooklyn betting there future on there now shipping most of there bench depth and 4 picks and 4 pick swaps alternating years to acquire a league MVP James Harden while sending out enough cap to make room for the 3rd max contract.
