We've reached back into our massive archives to bring you a summertime fave. Summer camps and first day of school and everything else that makes you happy or crazy in August. Yep, we've been relatable since early season one. Did you ever...? Ok, enjoy!

Just a little shout-out to ourselves. We celebrated one year of podcasts at a fancy restaurant in Hogtown this week. We toasted to ourselves, and to you, our dear and devoted listeners!

Remember the days before weed was legal? When it was dope? Maryjane? All sorts of silly code words so the adults wouldn't know what you're talking about? We sure do. And reminisced about our drug experiences (ahem) before it was all mainstream. Take the magic carpet ride with us again, man. Dig?

The kids are out of school, looking for work...or maybe they're already folding clothes at the local department store (is that even a thing anymore? Hmmm...add that to our production notes!) Anyway, enjoy a look back at summer jobs past!

We can't even remember what the conversation is about this time. We know we talked. We mocked a bit. We went back to our roots and pretty much just had a coffee chat. You don't want to miss us before we take some summer off. Join us!

So many of you have been asking why we fiddle at the beginning...well clearly you didn't listen to our third episode of season one! So do it NOW. (Yes, there may be some summer reruns. Ahem.)

The Millennials sure have a lot to say, so we let them keep going. And if you put your podcast speed up to 1.5, you won't be able to understand a thing they say. Man they talk fast! Anyway, enjoy the kids. Sharon and Trish will take back the mic in June (we hope anyway!)

Hurray hurray it's the month of May! Sharon and Trish will be off celebrating their birthdays (send cards, good wishes, money etc. to sandwiched.ca, thank you very much), so they've handed over the microphones to the millennials. Hear about the sandwiched generation from a whole new perspective, ring pops and kale not included.

It's almost that time again to send your kids off to summer camp. Well, it's still months away, but get into the summer camp mood with our look back at campfire songs, gum that tasted like soap...and so much more!
