They take a look at a few of the squad selections from various teams, give their respective jersey selections in each category and in this year's pandemic delayed roadshow they double down on some of the measures that teams may have to go to in an attempt to stay healthy...which as the episode title suggests, includes some rather left-field ploys. 
Scotty digs into the mystique surrounding the man that he likes to refer to as "The Killer" and what that individual's TDF may look like. 
The boys also indulge us as to what their winter riding regime has consisted of and the driver behind their motivation for doing so.
