Fatigue is robbing founders, especially founders of color from the opportunity to build long-standing, legacy businesses. And two large contributing factors to that fatigue is building a personal brand as a marketing strategy and lack of capital to build a team and scale a company. To ignore the impact that these two things are having on the mental health of founders is ignorant at best and negligent at worst.
This episode is bringing to light a conversation that has been had many times in private and should be had in public so that the entrepreniral ecosystem can support founders properly.

In this episode I'm going to talk about what alignment actually is (to me) and how to find it. I shared 3 things that are probably holding you back from making the pivot you want in your life, and what were the things that I had to consider to create a life I loved, not one that I felt trapped in.

When we outsource marketing, it's often to hand over daily execution and get some things off our plates. You want to grow your business, and have tried hiring social media managers and virtual assistants. But you aren’t seeing the results you anticipated. You’re disappointed by their performance, and they're doing things you never intended for them to do, or worst of all, they're not doing anything at all.
What could possibly be going on? Well. I'm here to explain why and what to do about it.
Prayer should be a desire, not a duty. Believers who have had a communication with God describe it as not only unforgettable, but also motivating to pray.
With great intimacy comes tremendous power, and Destiny spends the rest of the podcast describing how people have accomplished great things through the power of prayer throughout history, and how it has changed her life.
Listen to Destiny Thomas, A serial entrepreneur that is most known as The Prayerpist®️ because she assists on the go woman with slowing down and confronting the void within by taking her through a 6 step inner healing process known as Prayerpy to realize her Destiny.

“If you take the time to learn what your business requires, you will not be in a position of desperation” Renee Said.
Renee's and her brother's lives are changed as a result of Facebook and Instagram advertising. It teaches you how to effectively expand your business. She started from scratch and wasn’t expecting that it will be blown up and make her successful more. She was able to run her own business and have people working to her to manage her business.
This dedication and determination of being an entrepreneur never let you down, if you really want something to achieve for your life. Renee doesn’t have a properly training of these doings, she learns it by herself and continue working it as a process, but never expected that this business turn profits to 6 Figures a month.
Always trust yourself, the skills that you have, and trust the process, it will take time to get there, but it’s all worth it at the end if you really want to achieve the dream that you want, don’t lost it.
