• Expired Listings: 6
• Canceled Listings: 15

• Withdrawn Listings: 0

If you're a buyer, those 60 new listings are fresh opportunities you don’t want to miss. Plus, with 97 price changes, sellers are adjusting their expectations, potentially opening doors for buyers to score deals. We also have 19 homes back on the market – second chances for homes that didn’t close the first time around. Backup offers might just get you into a competitive deal.

For sellers, it’s key to keep an eye on those expired and canceled listings. We’ve had 6 homes expire without selling and 15 cancellations.
