  • The flavour of inner divine experience |

Just as the outer eye lets us see the world around us, the inner eye allows us to feel deeper emotions — like the affection we feel for our parents, the love for our relatives, or the awe we feel in nature’s presence. Similarly, when we tap into the inner divine experience, a natural sense of joy emerges.
In the same way, a devotee feels an instant surge of devotion upon seeing or even thinking of the divine — whether it’s a distant image or a mental vision. When this divine feeling touches the centre between the eyebrows, it brings about a deep sense of bliss.
Likewise, just as we enjoy food only when it’s flavourful — and even crave it later because of the joy it gave us — meditation too needs to offer an inner experience. Without a sense of peace or bliss, one won’t feel drawn to it. But once that feeling arises, nothing can stop us — not people, place, time, or situation. We will return to meditation again and again, unable to let it go.

  • Law of attraction!

Whatever attracts you, you become subject to it. It is The Law of Attraction. For everyone, physical allure has become increasingly dominant. All over the world, life is seen as a celebration filled with music and dance.
What is seen becomes a spectacle, What is worn becomes decoration, What is eaten becomes food, What is dressed becomes clothing —
If life is limited to just this, You will never be able to transcend it and experience the vision of the Divine.

How can one be freed from these sensory pleasures?
For that, the mind and the gaze must gradually be turned inward. Your personal desires must be transformed into a longing for the Divine.
For how long will you continue to wander in the path of sensory pleasures?
In the final moments of life, it’s not possible to cultivate divine longing. That is why Vaishnavism says — don’t wait for ‘then’, surrender now.
My beloved ones, is time really in our hands? No — we exist within time. Therefore, we who are bound by time and space must strive to realize the truth, the reality, the essence that lies within us. If we come to truly experience that supreme light — that Paranjothi, which exists as a living awareness within the soul — then from that realized state, we can continue in this body for as long as needed, living as beings of true awareness.
That’s why we must practice at least 10 minutes every day. Just like medical practice or law practice, a yogi must practice meditation. Only through consistent practice does true experience come.

  • Thirumandhiram 2119: The Guru Is the Path to Realizing Siva |

Countless celestial beings worshipped Lord Siva with devotion and knowledge in hopes of receiving His grace. However, despite their worship, they did not attain any significant result. To truly receive Siva's grace and realize His essence, one must worship a realized spiritual Guru. Through the Guru’s teachings and guidance, the soul can unite with the consciousness of Siva. To reach that state, a true Guru is essential.

The syllable *“Gu”* means darkness, and *“Ru”* refers to the light that dispels that darkness — the hidden light within the darkness. This is why it is said that “Guru” means the one who reveals the hidden light (truth). Similarly, a text that reveals what is hidden is called a *“Marai”* (which means hidden), and *Marai* refers to the Vedas.

The *Vedas* represent deep, subtle knowledge — supreme intelligence. Just like botany speaks about plants, and zoology speaks about animals, similarly, the Vedas speak about the truth of existence (*Mei Iyal*) — the spiritual reality.

Mei means truth or the ultimate reality. So the Vedas are about truth — the science of the inner self or spirituality. Science too seeks truth — it tries to understand the nature of the Earth, its characteristics, and so on. But scientific discoveries about the Earth, such as its spherical shape, were made only a few centuries ago using instruments.

However, thousands of years ago, the people of the southern part of the Lemurian continent had already known these truths — not through instruments, but through their refined inner perception and the power of their third eye.

  • How can one discover the purpose of their life through self-inquiry? |

I have no other thoughts except the wish that everyone should be well. I don't worry about comparisons or even insults directed at me. But I cannot bear it when others go through suffering. If others face difficulties, I run to help them. If that’s the case, then wasn’t my birth meant for everyone? Am I here to provide food, clothes, or education? No — I am here to serve others, to help everyone reach that divine state. I want to become a spiritual teacher — not for fame or pride, but to teach everyone about this *yogam* (spiritual path). I don’t want to teach anything else; but want to teach everyone to realise the truth that I realised myself.
I’ve gone through struggles in life and, through those experiences, I’ve discovered a deeper truth that brought me clarity and peace. Since then, minor issues no longer disturb me. I feel a sense of calm and stability within.

Now, I feel a strong desire to help others who are still suffering, often over small things. I want to share the truth I’ve learned so they too can find peace and transform their lives. My passion lies in this — in service to others. At the core, this is what my life truly longs for: to be of help, to serve with meaning.
For a long time, I questioned the purpose of my birth. Especially during difficult times, I often wondered, “Why am I here?” Even when I strayed from the right path, life had a way of pulling me back, blocking the wrong direction.

Over time, I realized that I wasn’t born just to gather wealth or chase material goals. There’s a deeper meaning behind my existence. All the struggles I’ve endured are shaping me for something greater — to attain liberation and to serve others.

Now I understand that my life has a purpose: to bring goodness into the lives of others and to help all living beings experience joy. That is the true reason I was born.

Significance of 1 minute Peace Meditation

When you were in your mother’s womb, you were in a state beyond speech and mind — a state of pure being. In that state, doing nothing and simply being was blissful. This one-minute meditation is to attain that bliss of simply being. The breath is the sacred thread that connects you to the world. It is the rhythm of life itself. Look within — beyond the body lies the essence of life. Within that life dwells a divine light. And deep within that light resides pure awareness, the source of all experience.
So, my beloved divine beings, The purpose of this journey is simple —
To discover your true self. To return to the soul-state that already lives within you. To rest in that deep, unshakable peace that is your very nature.
    Breathe gently…
Turn inward… And allow yourself to simply be. When you close your eyes, you tend to drift into sleep. But the state beyond sleep — the state of wakeful stillness — is the soul-state, the state of pure being.
It is the sacred duty of a Guru to guide you toward that state. And it is the responsibility of a true seeker, one worthy of the Guru’s love, to strive to attain it. Right now, we are engaged in that sacred effort.
O dear mind, the goal you seek lies not outside, but within. You have tasted pleasure and pain — through sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch. But beyond all these fleeting experiences lies a joy far greater — an inner bliss.
Go beyond the small joys and sorrows…
And realize the vast, boundless joy that dwells within.
Beyond outer silence is the Great Silence. Through the nose enters *prana*. From within, *apana* comes outward.
Just observe — for a few seconds —
    The breath going in
    And the breath coming out.
Breath itself is the sacred thread.
If you truly see the thread, You can reach the Supreme.
If you follow the breath, You can attain Shiva. Shiva is within you. You are Shiva.
Shakti is within you. You are Shakti.
    Go beyond, O mind…
    Now observe:
    Breathing in for 5 seconds…
Holding the breath inside for 5 seconds…
    Breathing out for 5 seconds…
Then, for 5 seconds, remain without breath —
A state beyond breath, Beyond mind, Beyond thought.
Observe this to go deep and beyond.
