eTown welcomes back singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Sara Watkins. Sara joined us several years ago as part of the widely popular progressive bluegrass group, Nickel Creek, but this week marks her fist performance on the show as a solo artist. Also with us is the Alabama-based musical duo Penny & Sparrow who make their first appearance on the show to share music from their latest release, entitled Let a Lover Drown You, as well as some insightful (and frequently hilarious) conversation with eTown’s host, Nick Forster. All of this, plus an interview with a man who has come up with a groundbreaking farming technique that allows for more sustainable commercial fishing practices.
