July 1st, 2000. It's a hot summers day in West Sussex, England. Four siblings are playing outside, but only three return to the house. Eight year old Sarah Payne, is now missing. 

It was a case that quickly dominated the media and became one of the biggest searches in Britain's history. Today we will be looking into the case, where it stands 22 years on, and the Payne family's relentless fight for a change in the law.
