They chat growing up in France, Lydie’s classic culinary training in Burgundy, working as a chef in top London hotels, her love of fine dining, moving to Kingussie, food styling for Monarch of the Glen, The Auld Alliance to The Cheese Neuk & ofcourse her role in next weeks Kingussie Food on Film Festival.
