We talk about diversity programs within the music field and why or why not they are solving the problem of black underrepresentation within orchestras, how to create thoughtfully and intentionally, and the relationship between empathy and imagination. I'm also telling you about my favorite things I bought at IKEA and how my morning routine is becoming a rather self indulgent process.
