Ugh, it’s so cold. Is it seriously only 4 pm? I feel like I wake up in darkness and go to bed in darkness. It’s like there is a dark ominous cloud over my head that I just can’t shake off ever since winter started. I have so many errands piled up that I need to get done. But I just don’t feel like it.
Does the above narration sound familiar? In this episode, we shed some light on Seasonal Effective Disorder (SAD) and discuss the Nordic concept of Koselig to help chase away some of the seasonal shadows of winter. Stay tuned until the end as we have Dr. Nithya Cherukuru and Dr. Keerthi Channarasappa, board members of the organization “South Asian Americans for Change” (SAAFC), join the conversation and answer all our SAD-related questions as well as speak to us about their upcoming 2nd annual “The Healing Through Art Gala” on March 2nd at 8PM in Philadelphia!
