As our bodies start to integrate more light it is helpful to look at what we are ingesting so that foods with a lower frequency are removed . These foods can cause us to feel negative emotions and denser energies that are not aligned to 5D and they can make us feel very anxious, depressed and angry.

Dearest ones,
Here is a meditation that we can use to co- create NEW TIMELINE FOR EARTH'S ASCENSION INTO THE 5TH DIMENSION AND HEAVEN ON EARTH .  A great battle is underway and our job as light works is to now RISE ABOVE the battle into the collective creator consciousness  OF UNITY and build our heaven on earth TOGETHER NOW. You have the tools, this is the moment you have been waiting for since you were born. Do this meditation or a similar meditation or your own version as much as possible, every day if you can and anchor in this higher consciousness. Do not let the chaos in 3D polarity distract you from this. This new timeline is OURS to create as a collective. TRUST the unknown, your intuition and source consciousness. Trust your evolution.  Love yourself and others, work as one. LOVE HEALS ALL.

So this is super exciting, a fantastic technique based on the scientific work of Dr Dr Ilija Lakicevic.  Using the zero point at the center of each Atom to draw in the infinite thermodynamic energy from source field into your reality and create with that. Its powerful and its a massive step forward in working with your creator consciousness . To see a video of his finding so go to: https://youtu.be/7HW_sUnC_H0

This meditation shows you how to become truly magnetic through intention and draw new frequencies into your field of being so that you can change reality. I will then show you how to fill yourself using magnetism with the universe and in draw it into your heart centre. This is a truly expansive experience. Have fun with this :) love to you.

I am delighted to connect with Christa in today's episode and we discuss how she is healing her own disease by recording healings through her written expressions.

If you have healed from Hashimoto’s disease and would like to tell your story in Christa’s book, please email her: [email protected]
In case you want to have a look at Christa’s pictures made of leaves during her meditations, please have a look at her website: www.kuehnstlerin.wordpress.com/blaettereien/blaettereien/

An incredible opportunity to heal.............
Please share.
This virus is an opportunity to recognize and unhook ourselves (using our free will choice and sovereign power) from the control based collective programs of dis-ease, fear, anxiety and loss. Then up-level into the awareness that we are all one and that our sovereign power, when used with loving  intention, can assist us and our brothers and sisters in 'waking up' from the inner sleep of helplessness.
Corona means Crown. The crowing glory of our existence is that everything is within our sovereign power. Everything is a free will choice and everything is an opportunity for evolution into the awareness of the truth of who we are.
