The story Sat rang hanere de has been written by one of the renowned writer Sharan Makkar. The modern world has eroded the essence of relations. Capitalism has not only shadowed the meaning of life itself but made it hollow as well.  Jagir singh, the protagonist of the story is a worker. He has been blamed for fraud of Rs 5000. He wants to get rid of the allegations but would only escape if he offers his sister for a night to the owner.  

On the advice of his friend, he thinks about presenting a prostitute and even does it to safeguard his own sister. Yet in the wee hour, he awakens his consciousness that he is doing something completely wrong by presenting the prostitute in that situation.   

The cover art of this audiobook has been made by artist Gurdish pannu and Dr. Ruminder has given voice to this punjabi short story.
