For Ep. 36 I'm joined by Julio Chavez. He is a 1/3 Emotional Projector, a musician, a dad, a carpenter, a perpetual learner, and my wonderful partner.

Julio shares with me his journey that began in skepticism and atheism, and how that ended up leading him into a new relationship with science and even spirituality.

The story he tells is a great example of the life of a 1/3 and the life of a Projector. Julio's perspective can be so valuable to many, as his message is full of both logic and love.

Expecting ourselves and others to be perfect is the result of conditioning and trauma, and it keeps us stuck and unhappy. We ought to practice loving ourselves for when we don't fit up to the conditioned expectations that involve "perfect" to heal our self-worth. Maybe this also comes from redefining "perfect."
