Ahead of a crucial midterm election President Joe Biden extended a pardon to more than 6,000 Federal offenders accused of simple possession of Marijuana. However shallow this gesture may be, it is nevertheless a good decision as even our geriatric Executive in the Oval Office recognizes the current state of our restrictions on Marijuana "make no sense", as the President also mused Marijuana was classified more strictly than fentanyl, or amphetamines which have been responsible for the deaths of thousands. For Hat Tricks I'll play clips highlighting the staggering mental decline of the President who continues to stumble in everyday speech culminating in shocking missteps that must be corrected by staffers.
