August 1, 2026--Sandra interviews Gina Higgenbotham, who was a close friend of Pat Webb, talks about the legacy she leaves behind at the Blue Ridge Community Theater. Pat, who died unexpectedly this summer, is one of the original founders of the theater 25 years ago and behind its very successful Sunny D children's program. A memorial service will be held at the theater this afternoon and a memory garden for her will be dedicated as well.

August 1, 2026--Sandra interviews Gilmer County Sheriff Stacy Nicholson about his new band with other current and former law enforcement officers called Blue on Black Revival. Their first concert will be on September 11th and 12th to commemorate the 25th anniversary of 9/11.

August 1, 2026--Sandra interviews Steve Dusek, pastor of The Orchard Church in Ellijay about their new location. The beautiful new church building is finally complete, and members will be moving everything out following a brief final service at the old location Sunday. The first service at the new building on Highland Parkway will be August 9th at 9am and 11am.

The Georgia Knows Media campaign trains local journalists to go into communities to educate people how to tell the difference.
