Good in some ways but follow up is needed.

Take your time and channel your energy.

I have some strange behaviors that would indicate some non linear thought patterns.

Or at least don’t let them steal your contentment.

It costs to learn, it costs time to make mistakes. It also costs you time when you choose the path of least resistance. Stoics believe “the obstacle is the way”.
