Book: Case Studies in Disability-Driven Innovation
Bob is the founder and CEO of Ludke Consulting, a boutique practice based on the belief that we are witnessing a once-in-a-lifetime transformation of our society – for the better. There is consensus that we must invest in people, treat nature as a precious resource, create products that provide real value in our lives, and embrace the benefits of inclusion in all its forms.
He is also the co-founder of Value Inclusion, the only consultancy that brings together actionable, c-suite strategy, evidence-based research, and first-hand experience of driving competitive, integrated employment of persons across the disability spectrum in a way that drives brand, reputational, and bottom-line growth.
Bob has authored two books:
- Case Studies in Disability-Driven Innovation. An Amazon #1 best seller, it is the first book to explore the “how” we use disability to create a better future for all rather than just the “why” about the importance of disability inclusion. The book showcases the strategies that will not only future-proof businesses but also unlock markets worth trillions of dollars.
- Transformative Markets. This is a book about the role of markets in fostering a more sustainable society (published in April 2020 through the Creator Institute of Georgetown University).
Bob is also the creator of the Voices of Nature podcast in partnership with Global Conservation Corps. The podcast interviews people on the front lines of protecting nature all over the world to provide listeners with tangible actions they can take to help nature in their community.
Bob began his career in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, advising on tax, budget, and economic policy issues, developing legislation, and creating message and communications strategies as part of the Senate Democratic leadership team.
Following his time on Capitol Hill, Bob was a lecturer at the United States International University in Nairobi, Kenya. He created and taught courses in that position, including U.S. History, the U.S. Congress, and American Foreign Policy. Bob also presented at the National Defense College, Kenya, and participated in workshops with the Parliament of Kenya.
