This is a long one, but a good one. Meet my brother, Brian. He's been one of the biggest influences in my life. You'd think with me being the older sibling I'd have life figured out more than him, but that is simply not true. My younger brother has helped me through the most difficult situations in my life. In this episode I discuss my experience with depression. Y'alls, depression is something we ALL experience. I believe the more we talk about how depression affects us, the more it will be normalized. My hopes in doing so, will help others realize they are not alone. Depression is something I've come to acknowledge and accept as part of my growth. With understanding and compassion for ourselves and others, we can stop thinking something is wrong with us and start realizing it's a natural part of the human experience.
