Professor Austin Sarat is a political scientist and attorney. He and Fred discuss the insane legal week and what we as Americans must do to fight for this democracy. Austin is the William Nelson Cromwell Professor of Jurisprudence and Political Science at Amherst College. He is also a Five College Fortieth Anniversary Professor.
