The ROX index is defined as the ratio of oxygen saturation as measured by pulse oximetry (SpO2)/FIO2 to respiratory rate (RR). It stands for Respiratory rate - OXygenation. ROX ≥ 4.88 at 2, 6, and 12 hours means they're likely in the safe zone. ROX < 2.85 at 2 hours, ROX < 3.47 at 6 hours, ROX < 3.85 at 12 hours means the patient likely needs to be intubated.

Fluvoxamine is an SSRI that may improve outcomes in COVID-19 when administered in the outpatient setting. This small trial published in JAMA two days ago looks into the positive effects of this therapy to prevent clinical worsening of patients with COVID.
