I am angry, sad and frustrated, and yes, even ashamed.  Until a year ago, I knew nothing of the Tulsa Massacre!  One hundred years later, we are finally looking at this travesty and its aftermath.  Millions of 1921 dollars as well as hundreds of lives lost and thousands displaced.  The actual potential wealth lost can only be counted in the billions of dollars.  It is disgusting.  It would be terrible if just this one event, but no this was just one of countless attacks people who had relatives that were stripped of their people, their land, their freedom to give white men and women wealth.  And we can tie this to the fear of the MAGA people, they know things are and need to be changed but they believe it will be their loss instead of what equality will mean to our nation.  That is the focus of tonight's podcast, thanks for listening and make sure to check out new material including an original poem composed last night on my website: wethepeople4democracy.net....

The Congressional MAGA GOP has shown one thing over the last few months, their willingness only to protect themselves and their losing presidential candidate.  If you are Black, Brown or Asian, forget about it, because they do not have your back or interests at heart.  What they have given you is by supporting him, a target on your back.......thanks for listening....be sure to listen to our interview with environmentalist Merritt Mitchell Wajeeh from this past Saturday.  Many have already tuned in.  You can find it on my website as well: wethepeople4democracy.net.

Cowards and fearful, an apt description of the GOP Congressional leadership.  They are afraid of offending a loser and afraid of the truth.  McCarthy and McConnell know very well, by their own words on January 6, that the former president and others bore the lion's share of responsibility but are now opposing the formation of a bi-partisan commission to examine the insurrection.  Far too many MAGA are trying to change the narrative, one even saying it looked like tourists.  Tell that to the over 100 police officers beaten and injured by those "tourists".  As I lead off in this podcast, these are the "cowards of the country" - apologies to Kenny Rogers....don't forget to listen to our interview from this past Saturday and to check out the website: wethepeople4democracy.net.
