In today's episode I have the honor of speaking with volunteer combat medic Brandon Mitchell whose ambulance was recently hit by a Russian landmine while evacuating Ukrainian civilians in the Donbas. Brandon has served in Ukraine for six months. Mr. Mitchell is the purest example of a true hero (although he hates being called a hero) who risks his life to save Ukrainian civilians from the ongoing onslaught of Russian bombing raids in the Donbas region.
