Today's episode is all about supplements and what I believe you should and shouldn't take.

Please take all my words with a grain of salt and do you own research if you think something here may benefit you. Supplements should be taken after a dialed diet is set. I have been on an animal-based diet for the past couple years, and it has changed my life forever. I am a big proponent of red meat being the key to thriving in our fast paced 21st century world.

Why you should compartmentalized your thoughts and memories

• this is how you organize yourself internally
• This keeps your mind from racing
• Helps with focus
• Helps with remembering a vast amount of information
• Rule of three
• Nesting

Stop Trying and Just Do

• To do is to not try, to not try is to do
• The point of trying is a mindset of failure from the start
• You say I will do this and that is all
• You fail
• Step back figure out why you failed and don’t repeat the mistake
• You will grow incredibly fast this way

I hope this is super influential.

The hermetic principles give us all the ability to see the world from a whole new viewpoint as it gives you the ability to see the big picture and small picture in scale. With this being said, you can see the patterns of all and understand the flow and rhythm of life & death through universal law.

If you can tap into your own intuition, you can learn to trust that voice with your life. This combination with hermetic principles and the knowledge of the physical chemistry of the body, will give you the ability to see what your body needs and why. You must learn how the body works and what atoms/strings/particles are doing.

The ability to heal and repair the DNA/Telomeres gives you the ability to combat the aging process.

Upgrade your DNA with the Sunrise and Sunset by looking directly at the sun within 15 minutes of it rising or setting.

528 Hz is the key.

Lastly, understand that every choice you make is either adding or subtracting from your life. Focus on the Truth, the Light, & Higher Consciousness and you may see what I see.

Knowledge means nothing without the application of it. Meaning if you learn how life works in several planes you can use this knowledge to heal your physical body all the way down to the Genes that make up your genome.
