It’s pretty interesting work and I was happy to have this conversation with Skye, who among many things, is a thoughtful person. That said, i’m goinb to learve a brunch of spelling errors in hear, just to drive her nits.

This week, Spencer and Pond sit down with Meghan Quinn from the Maine Farmland Trust and discuss their work in the conservations and development of Maine’s agricultural industries, as well as some practical ways that everyday folks can be a more responsible part of the local food systems. Naturally we veer off in to a discussion about dating apps and what that’s like in a small town. Oh! and I write a stupid new song about corn.

This week, Spencer and Pond sit down with Lee Farington, chef/co-owner of LB Kitchen and longtime friend of Spencer’s. Why does he like her? because she cuts him zero breaks. Sure, she talks about her experiences through the murky (and sometimes shitty) waters of the restaurant industry, but mainly she questions everything from the room we record in, to his career choices. We love Lee Farrington.
